Terms and Conditions
SmartGPT.com provides a GPT aggregator system that is designed to maximize your GPT earnings, under the following terms:
1. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the smartGPT service without smartGPT's owner written permission.
2. You are allowed to have only one account with smartGPT. There is no reason to have more than one.
3. Your account password must be kept secret from other people - smartGPT stores it in an irreversible format. In the unlikely event of someone hacking into your account, smartGPT will not be held responsible.
4. Your account is not transferable and I will not modify user account information based on your request.
5. Your smartGPT username and your referer cannot be changed.
6. SmartGPT have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms and Conditions.
7. You may not promote your smartGPT account or your promo page using unsolicited (SPAM) emails. Such acctions will force me to close your account.
8. Your email address will not be displayed to any user, sold or given to third parties.
9. SmartGPT is not held responsible for any issues caused by it's third party suppliers (including GPT programs defined in the system).
10.SmartGPT is not held responsible for any changes in the GPT programs you join and you must agree with their terms and conditions.
11.These terms and conditions can be changed by the smartGPT owner without notice, so please check them once in a while.
